This training will include comprehensive understanding of Tai Chi Chuan, its history, preparation and forms. It will cover objectives, training protocols, and intensive learning and practice of movements including stretching and flexibility exercises, breathing exercises, Chi Kung, the 8-form and the 24-form. Trainees will attend classes with senior instructor and will learn how to teach classes working directly with older adults. Trainee will receive in-class, personal and active participation instruction. Trainees are expected to assimilate all knowledge and skills learned and must be able to independently teach classes prior to completion.
