This Program is a comprehensive training in the Chinese Healing Art of Qigong. It is designed for people who wish to teach Qigong to Older Adults. Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical forms, breathing techniques and focused intention. Kujiweza Healing Arts teaches Qigong to older adult fitness instructors who wish to help older adults find a way to health maintenance, healing and increasing vitality. Qigong (Chi Kung) is part of the Chinese Health Care system. Some practice to increase Chi, some to circulate it, some to cleanse and heal the body. Qigong can be practiced as a slow moving gentle form or as stationery forms that can be easily adapted to meet physical challenges and for all age groups.
